We weren't sure if we were able to make it this Summer but it came around, we were able to return to one of my favorite places to be, Black Butte Ranch in Central Oregon.  First stop:  The deck ~

Time For A Cocktail!
Ann Again and again Friday Night Party -- Virtual GNO

Summer Berry Fizz
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons berry-flavored liqueur or brandy
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar (optional) 
  • 3 cups chilled club soda
  • 1 raspberry or strawberry sorbet

Directions:
Stir together 3 tablespoons liqueur or brandy and 1/2 teaspoon vinegar, if using, in each of 4 tall glasses. Stir in 3/4 cup club soda and top with 1/2 cup sorbet.
How interesting, balsamic vinegar.  Cheers!
