Today I began tracking my new eating plan on my review site Ann Again... and again Reviews. This eating plan was a focus for the latest edition of Reader's Digest and it sounded like just the thing I need. I know how I want to feel and I haven't felt that way in a lo-o-ong time. Hopefully these "fat burning foods" will help. We'll see.
