If finding a great deal brings you a thrill then you will love to be a part of NoMoreRack.com.  Every day they have a wonderful variety of items that are steeply discounted for 24 hours.  You can find clothing for men, women and children.  Toys, electronics, jewelry.  Accessories and make-up. They offer just about everything!  (Except the kitchen sink. But who knows what will happen in the future.)

Part of the fun of getting an amazing deal at NoMoreRack is that not only are these prices available for 24 hours, they may sell out within their first hour of being posted, so you need to check-out the site every morning to make sure you don't miss a savings opportunity of up to 60% to 90% off a quality item.

NoMoreRack.com acquires their items from manufacture closeouts, cancelled orders, factory overrun and overstock.  They ensure that everything they sell is 100% authentic and at the highest quality.  One thing that I absolutely love is their $2 flat rate shipping and handling fee.  Only $2 !

Yesterday there was a great deal on Philosophy shower gel and body lotion (picked that up) and now I'm waiting for today's deal on Sephora eye shadow.  (I plan on picking that up as well!)  Another fun, heart-racing opportunity at NoMoreRack.com is their daily Free Deal.  This morning it was a pair of beautiful stainless steel hoop earrings.  With the Free Deal all you pay is the $2 shipping and handling. That's it!  Everyday they offer a new Free Deal so that's another reason to check-in every morning when deals go live, 12pm Eastern/9am Pacific.

NoMoreRack.com has been featured on The View and on The Martha Stewart Show as a site for great bargains.  They have also been written up in House Beautiful and Country Living.  If you choose to purchase the Charity Deal offering, a $1.00 of every sale goes to The Pet Rescue Center based in California, which provides a no-kill sanctuary for dogs and cats while trying to find a loving family for adoption.  When was the last time shopping from home was this fun and this worthwhile?

Miss Poodle Perm, That's Me!

Jill of Scary Mommy is doing a linky post about school pictures. You know the ones, possibly you didn't smile a sweet smile, just the smirk of panic. Or you didn't know it was picture day because you had been out sick for a week and you show up in your most comfortable shirt and bed-head. (Yep. That happened to me. The smile was good though!) Well, my scanner isn't working or else I would post a particular picture from Freshman year. Since I don't have a visual, here's the story: I remember my first day of High School. Actually what I remember is the picture taken of me leaving for my first day of High School. I'm wearing a brave smile, but the hair, the hair , my hair style was a nightmare. My two best friends and I were going to be attending a High School out of our district. That was stressful enough. To add to this new-ness we wanted new looks as well. K. was going to sport the Argyle and Alligator shirt look. W. was going for 'All Monogram

My Questions Answered By Chef Pati Jinich - Video

Rob and I have been focusing on finding foods and spices that will help us take some weight off.  I've been slightly obsessed with staying on my exercise track (on week 8 now :->) and hope to get rid of this jiggly belly that has become wa-a-a-ay too comfortable on my body.  The older you get the harder it is to lose weight.  What I would say to my 40 year old self - 'See that pouch starting?  Do your crunches and planks now!  7 years from now it's going to get ugly !' I've found that spices cumin, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and turmeric are noted to increase metabolism.  ( Yes please !)  After a good workout coconut water is more beneficial in regulating your electrolytes, and lower in calories, than sports drinks.  It also contains more potassium than other drinks which is an important component in helping to build muscle which, in turn, helps you burn more calories. And my most surprising discovery - eating avocados help burn belly fat! I&#
