You see that tree there in our back yard? The one on the right that's tilting? Well last night it fell *CRACK! BOOM!* down it went. Poor thing.

We just found out that HGTV will be filming an episode of "House Hunters" using the rental next door. We better go mow our dandelion garden if we want to look all purdy!
