By my calendar it says that this is the first day of Spring! Yeah!!! Now, for some of us, snow is still falling. What the ?!? Well, let's over-look the still winter weather and do what we can to create that happy, sunshine feeling. Let's have a Virtual Girls Night Out!

So now that the season of growth and renewal is upon us do you have plans to work in the garden? Perhaps start a garden? My husband totally gets into it. He's Farmer Rob all Spring and Summer. He even has a new green house to put together! (Anyone want to come over for pizza and beer and raise a green house? Yes?!) The idea of that work makes me thirsty :->

Since the budget is a bit tight for just about all of us involved I'm keeping this weeks selection low-key.

Ingredients:
*Light, sweet red wine
*Seltzer
*Lemonade

~Serve in goblets, and for a bit of spring flair, serve with the rose petals floating on the top. (Can easily be made alcohol free)
