It's blooming!!! (See last week's pic here)
The rain comes off and on but the blooms on this Lilac bush make me hopeful for sunny days.

I am so jealous!!!! Lilacs are my fave and I have another month wait. sad face
ReplyDeleteYou are so adorable and I am totally envious of your greenhouse!!!
ReplyDeleteOh so pretty! It is too hot and desert like here for any attempts at growing beautiful flowers like this. Love your greenhouse too - I alas do not have green fingers!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately the ones a coworker brought in today smell like MOTHBALLS! I'm so sad - nothing makes me happier than to shove my face in a bouquet of lilacs and SNORT. But not when it smells like mothballs. Ugh!
ReplyDeleteYou are just too adorable, all excited over your different plants! I love it!
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous too! Mine are still just twigs. The leaves aren't even out yet.
ReplyDeleteI can almost smell it from here!
Wow, that is some greenhouse you have going there. I had no idea that you had such a green thumb! I'm going to start calling you Farmer Ann! Very impressive...
ReplyDeleteHi there - I thought you deserved a little sunshine in return so I have an award for you over at my blog
ReplyDeleteMy darling Ann--your greenhouse is lovely! I cannot wait to see more...and I certainly have lilac envy here. *sigh* I'm currently attacking a 40'x 20' patch of ivy from hell....awful work. But oh, the promise of grass and beauty...
ReplyDeleteOK...now I feel like I have to jump into the car and go straight to the nursery. I want to plant a garden, but have very little experience. I have tried this before, but usually stop at just tomatoes and bell peppers. I am amazed at what you've put together here Ann--you are very talented indeed!
ReplyDeleteWe have another month or so yet but that doesn't mean I havent' started seeds indoors ... come check it out!
