There is no way that I could actually use this machine. I'm sure it works and I would like the way my arms looked but, I would be laughing so much while holding this thing I would probably drop it on my toes.

Ha - we have them a Walgreen's (where I am working now!) Right next to the Nutrisystem display that has Marie Osmand talking to me each time I walk by it about losing weight. I KNOW I KNOW - (it is a motion sensored display).

ReplyDeleteReally? I know it's funny and all, but I bought mine and I LOVE IT. I am a really fit guy 5 10 160 and didnt really "need" anything like this but bought it for toning, and I've totally noticed a difference in just two weeks time. And I have zero body fat and this thing makes me SWEAT. I love it. AND laughing while shaking burns more calories! LOL.
