Today has the potential of becoming "National Twitter You Stink Day." The system is so-o-o slow and it's been frustrating to thousands this morning. Perhaps hundreds of thousands. (I don't know that many people so I can't be sure, but I know it's a lot, so there.)
First, dear Twitter people, you want us to use your service. Then, when we finally get going on it you can't handle the volume. If I have to see the Fail Whale one more time I'm gonna blow!
So, Twitter-Powers-That-Be, what's going on? Are you just so popular now that you're having trouble chaperoning the party and kicking us out? Or did a nit-wit send a virus through the system? Huh?

I know... twitter is ticking me off.. trying to advertise a giveaway on my blog and it keeps freezing! UGHHH... what would do without all this technology!
ReplyDeleteYeah, I did twitter maybe 8 months ago or so and stopped because I was always so frustrated w/ their "technical difficulties"...
ReplyDeleteIt was frustrating me too. Our local news used it for a Monsters vs Aliens contest this morning, (I was one of the 50 winners) and even then it was not "right".

It was ridiculous yesterday. They had no idea how this Twitter thing was going to explode. When Ellen mentioned it on her show last week, the whole thing blew up.

Twitter's been having a few problems here of lately. just like blogger that time erasing our followers for us. I don't think these social networking sites realize how many people use them.
